Patricia began her writing career on the iconic  sitcom ‘Desmonds’ and the spin off ‘Porkpie’ for Channel Four.

She spent a number of years working in children’s TV  where she has written several episodes on shows such as Kerching!, Young Dracula, My Almost Famous Family and Sadie J for CBBC.

Her radio work includes writing sketches for ‘It’s Jocelyn’  starring 3 Non Blondes actor Jocelyn Gee and developing a Lenny Henry half hour for Radio Four entitled ‘Tailor Made’.

For theatre, Patricia co-wrote ‘Urban Afro Saxons’ directed by Paulette Randall for Talawa Theatre Company and staged at the Theatre Royal Stratford East.

Patricia also developed a reboot of ‘Desmonds’ for Hatrick Television with Phil Bowker, creator of Phone Shop, E4 and a radio pilot for BBC Radio 4 and Lenny Henry, entitled ‘Just Off Saville Row’.

Most recently, Patricia wrote on comedy-drama ‘Bloods’ (season 2), writing three episodes, starring Samson Kayo and Jane Horrocks alongside Lucy Punch, Adrian Scarborough and Julian Barret which broadcast on Sky in the UK and Hulu in the US. She is currently writing on a new show for CBBC / Black Camel entitled ‘Gifted’ and adapting ‘The Last Vampire’ for the stage with The Belgrade Theatre.
