Susie Trayling stars as Sara Turing in Breaking the Code

Susie Trayling steps into the poignant role of Sara Turing in the new touring revival of Breaking the Code by Hugh Whitemore.

Under the direction of Jesse Jones, this revival is part of Royal & Derngate’s “Made in Northampton” season. The production will run in regional theatres, including Landmark Theatres, Oxford Playhouse, Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse, and HOME Manchester.

Set against Alan Turing’s remarkable story – from his codebreaking triumphs to facing persecution – the play features a new epilogue by Neil Bartlett that reflects on Turing’s Royal pardon in 2013 and his enduring influence on British society.
