Rich Peppiatt is a writer & director working across film, TV and commercials.
His debut film, One Rogue Reporter, was released worldwide by Netflix & he has gone on to write over 25 hours of prime time television, which have won awards including a Scottish RTS & BAFTA.
As the boundaries between different forms of motion picture content continue to blur Rich has been at the forefront of innovative storytelling collaborations with the likes of Google, the Guardian and Amazon, to name but a few.
He’s spoken about his work on the likes of BBC Radio 4, Channel 4 News, Newsnight, Sky News & Al Jazeera and written op eds for the Guardian, the Independent, Total Politics and more. In 2018 he released two short films, Backseat Driver & Grounded. They have screened at over a dozen international festivals including the London Short Film Festival, Stockholm, the Scandinavian International Film Festival, Omaha & Kerry. Grounded was long-listed for the 2020 Academy Awards.
