Actor, comedian and musician Talal Karkouti was born in London to Syrian parents. His career began in voiceover, theatre and musicals before moving on to improv comedy and stand-up. He came second place in the 2022 Musical Comedy Awards with his raucous energy and songs about cats, texting and houmous. Talal currently resides in South London producing and co-hosting The Alexei Sayle Podcast.
