Archana Madhavan is a translator of Korean literature into English. Her book-length works include Amil’s Roadkill (Harvill Secker,2025) and a co-translation of Kim Hyun’s Glory Hole (Seagull Books, June 2022). Her other poetry and prose translations have appeared in The Kenyon Review, Modern Poetry in Translation, Columbia Journal, The Washington Square Review, and more. In 2022, she was chosen for the American Literary Translators Association (ALTA) Emerging Translator Mentorship Program to translate Lee Jenny’s first poetry collection Maybe Africa [아마도 아프리카].
